After a work order is created, Merlo AI always prepares a draft email before sending anything. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Steps:
- After the work order is created, the confirm the draft email is created in Outlook. You will see:
- The recipient (contractor’s email address)
- The subject line (e.g. Work Order #42: Roof Repair – Plan 12345)
- The email body, including Accept / Message / Decline action buttons and job details
- A note that the work order PDF will be attached
- Read through the draft carefully. Pay attention to:
- Is the recipient’s email address correct?
- Does the job description read clearly for the contractor?
- Are there any attachments from the original email that should or should not be included?
- When you are satisfied with the draft, click send in Outlook.
