The Merlo AI Email Agent is designed to handle this load on your behalf, so your team can spend less time on repetitive email handling and more time on decisions that matter.
The Email Agent reads incoming emails, extracts the key information, routes documents to the right place, drafts accurate replies, and updates records in your strata systems; all without requiring you to touch every individual message manually.
The agent operates across two primary surfaces: your Outlook inbox (via the dedicated Merlo AI, Merlo AI – Updates and Merlo AI – Insurance folder for broker/ insurance related emails accordingly) and the Merlo AI Teams chat (for document uploads, quick lookups, report generation, and direct prompts). Document storage is handled through SharePoint, with records linked back to the relevant strata plan in the Dashboard.
