File Upload Feature – Now Live (Beta)
One of the most requested features is finally here! With Merlo AI v2.1, you can now upload various files, such as invoices, insurance proposals, meeting minutes, and more. This game-changing functionality allows you to:
✅ Summarize and understand the contents of uploaded documents
✅ Generate emails and drafts based on document insights
✅ Compare multiple proposals or quotations
✅ Ask questions and get AI-powered answers directly from your documents
Currently, this feature supports PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and text files. While Excel file support is still in development, we’re committed to ensuring data accuracy and reliability for our clients.
Seamless Outlook Integration
We’ve taken your feedback to heart and supercharged our Outlook integration:
✅ Draft Emails Directly in Outlook: No more copy-pasting. Compose your drafts in Merlo, and Merlo AI will create them right in Outlook for you. This includes automatically adding recipients, saving you precious time and reducing errors.
✅ Bulk Email Creation: Have a batch of owners in arrears? Merlo AI can now draft those emails in bulk, so you can review and send them in minutes.
Effortless Meeting Scheduling
Planning your Annual General Meetings (AGMs), committee meetings, or hybrid gatherings just became easier! Merlo AI can:
✅ Schedule Outlook and Teams Meetings: Simply ask Merlo AI to create meetings in Outlook, and it will handle the scheduling, invite drafting, and participant management for you.
✅ Bulk Scheduling for Merlo Pro Users: Need to set up multiple meetings at once? Merlo Pro users can schedule upcoming meetings in bulk, freeing up your team to focus on other important tasks.
