In this video we demonstrate how you can install Merlo AI Teams Assistant from Microsoft Teams App Store. Please note the current version of Merlo AI Teams Assistant only support Microsoft Teams and does not work with it’s Google counterpart.
Merlo AI is your AI-powered strata management assistant, available directly inside Microsoft Teams. It connects to your strata system and handles the routine, time-consuming parts of your job — looking up owner details, drafting emails, raising work orders, tracking compliance deadlines, preparing for AGMs, and much more — all through a simple chat conversation.
You don’t need to log into multiple systems or navigate menus. Just ask Merlo in plain language, and it will retrieve the information, take the action, or prepare the content you need.

1. Open Microsoft Teams on your desktop or mobile device.
2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Apps (the grid icon at the bottom) and Find Merlo AI within the app store section named “Built for your organization” or search for Merlo AI in the Teams search bar
3. Click on Add button
4. Upon successful installation, close the window by clicking on “Open” button which will open your chat with the assistant.
Once the chat window is open just say “Hi” to start the conversation
5. You can pin the Merlo AI app to your sidebar for quick access: right-click the app icon and select Pin.
Note: On mobile: Open the Microsoft Teams app on your phone, tap the chat icon, and find the Merlo AI conversation. Everything works exactly the same on mobile as it does on desktop.
