With our connectivity to your strata system, you can easily get Merlo AI to access information and take action. While during most demonstrations we show you how you can access this information via the Teams assistant within Microsoft Teams, the value is what you can do with it.
Imagine you need to get committee contact details instantly when you out of the office, you can now access that information directly from your mobile teams app. All you need to do is ask the question from Merlo “can you pls get me the committee contacts for plan XXXX?”
Another example would be you want Merlo AI to share the list of owners who are in arrears with the committee and also same time you want to send these owners a reminder email asking them to make payment. With a single command you will be able to create all these emails with ease, “can you pls send the list of owners in arrears for plan XXXX and also send each of those owners a personalized email asking to make the payment?”
