Once all the inspections for the compliance year are complete and the relevant reports have been received, the AFSS is finalized. The strata manager receives the finalized AFSS documents and instructs the Teams agent to proceed with the next set of actions. The Teams agent will automatically draft emails to the following configured email addresses:
- Local Council Email
- Fire and Rescue Email
- Approval Email
- Building Manager Email
The finalized AFSS document SharePoint link will be automatically uploaded to the compliance document section within the strata plan record in SharePoint.
All submissions must be completed on or before the AFSS Due Date specified in the compliance record.
- If there are multiple email addresses for a single recipient type (e.g., multiple council contacts), enter them all in the relevant email field; they will all receive the document.
