Strata Plan Details
Provides plan details from plan number, owner details, address, strata manager details, building manager details, previous and upcoming AGM dates, financial year end date, ABN and GST information, levy due date and insurance policy dates.
Committee Contact Information
Get committee contact details with their executive position information. This is widely used when it comes to drafting emails to the committee or creating committee ballots.
Owner Contact information
Similar to the committee, this provides the contact information of the committee to assist with communications, ballots, etc.
Tenant information
Similar to the owners, the tenant information can also be retrieved to assist with communication.
Get valuation details
This includes the valuation performed date, expire date, the valuation amount and the valuer details.
